What people aren’t understanding is that the Kings have played 5 less games than the clippers. Based on their current winning % they will gain additional separation solely from completing those 5 games.
So it’s not as simple as “kings are only 2.5 ahead that’s easy to catch up” if we tie the kings at the division record they are going to win the conference record tie breaker so really 3 games ahead.
So experimenting with terrible lineups this late in the season is a mistake
