  1. A conversation about Russ is the quickest way to tell who’s watching the games vs who’s watching the numbers. If you watched those games you know Russ was not the reason they were losing.

  2. The chip is going east this year with either bucks, Celtics or sixers. Does anyone think the current 6 seeds team in the west could beat any of the current top 3 teams in the east in a 7 game series?

  3. Rachel Nichols…one of the best to do it.

Matt & Jack, are real ones for holding her down and being loyal.

  4. Westbrook needs to be 6th man surrounded by shooters and clippers just need a 3 and D PG starting, losing reggie Jackson was big to me

  5. Defensive moment: T. Prince of the Pistons running-down Reggie Miller for the block against the backboard! That Pistons team was LIT and they played D!

  6. The knicks got knocked out in the first round by a hawks team that have amounted too much either, you can’t convince me if they matched up against the cavs in the first round it wouldn’t be the same situation.

  7. wish the suns would sign melo. what better play to kick out to than melo on a vet min? and they can run the same sets for melo that they run for kd when he's taking a breather. he has chemistry with cp3 and kd. they need guys ready for primetime with all the open looks. okogie can take care of the defense and melo will hold it down on offense

  8. Russ is an interesting fit. The problem is that his numbers are generally good everywhere he goes. I think the problem is too much Russ. He has a high motor so it would be interesting to start him and then put him in only at the beginning of quarters. First 3-4 minutes of every quarter would generally belong to Russ (adjusting for situations) to do his thing (similar to medieval frontline battle tactics).

  9. 31:33 "The Bubble Western Conference Appearance doesnt hold much weight" ? They came back down 3-1 against the Clippers who were favored by majority of the sports media to make the finals, and then lost to the Lakers in 5 who became the champions..

  10. Here she is same old Rachel Nichols on the "Anybody But Denver" mindset. If she and others even for a second attempted to be FAIR, she would point out that blocks are not nearly the only important stat that determines the greatness of a player's defense. Steals, deflections, and clutch defense, how you defend when it matters, is just as valuable. And in all those stats, Nikola Jokic is just as great as Embiid is for blocks. And again, you can tell these are narrative based, because she conveniently doesn't mention the reason why Embiid didn't win last year was because he was NEVER available. He lost because you can't be most valuable if you're not there. And also, she's aiming this convo at Jokic, while not mentioning Jokic is averaging a triple double, his team is #1 in the West by 7.5 GAMES, and they have the 2nd best record in the NBA..

  11. Rachel is so possitive it's so refreshing and cool to see!P.S. pls all the smoke make show with Puff Daddy ,will love to hear some storys from him tnx guys until next time! 🙂 😉

  12. Rachel should have never been let go by ESPN. She actually knows hoops unlike most of the airheads on that network

  13. Terrible decision by the Clippers. They needed a pure point guard which is difficult in today's NBA and they signed Westbrook who is a SG disguised as a PG with bad decision making, sloppy ball handling and he destroys the team's chemistry with his play. Difficult to articulate but he looks a very narrow-minded player when on court.

  14. Lmfao😂🤣😂…. Y'all can't defend Russ anymore, it's nice of Y'all to give yaselves some time( until the end of the season) to admit you were wrong🤦🏿‍♂️☠️🤦🏿‍♂️☠️🤦🏿‍♂️☠️🤦🏿‍♂️☠️💯💯

  15. Last year for jokic , he wasn’t beating GSW by himself. Even in that series he was averaging 30 I believe. This year is the test tho cause he has his team back

  16. I like Thibbs but that running players into the ground thing is always gonna cost him. I think the Knicks haven't gotten tired of his message because there has been a lot of roster turnover over the last couple of years. The Bulls and Wolves got tired of the message and heavy minutes because it was basically the same roster for years.
Nice story to hear about Brunson taking a charge up 26, but he simply shouldn't have been in the game. The roster has 12-15 players for a reason.

  17. Stephen not lying about defense .. look at how hype Ja was to block Kyrie for game couple yrs back 🤷🏿‍♂️
