Initially, watching Joe's interviews I thought he came off as a jerk. But I'm realizing that Joe demeans reporters who come with shallow, "storyline"-based questions and shows respect to reporters asking insightful, basketball-oriented questions with the research to back it up. He's challenging the reporters to examine and ask about the game in a deeper way, and I think it's sunk in… at this point I learn something new about the game of basketball every time I watch a Joe interview, which is pretty cool

Why do this Coach keep saying they have to learn. And I’ll answer the Layup vs Three point shots. Because Layups are easier. And if you’re missing layups then you really have a big problem. I am telling you guys this dude have absolutely no clue what he is talking about. The stuff he is saying do not motivate a team. And he can’t make up his mind whether they need to learn or they a great team. One minute they’re a great team the next minute the need learn something.
It actually is easier to score closer to the basket.
