This roster is primed to make a big move this off season. The question becomes what picks will be available to trade.

No, Bad Company Feels Like Makin’ Love. And they Can’t Get Enough.

If we arenβt able to land an All-NBA talent this summer we should move Dame. It pains me to put him through thisβ¦again. Go all in for Dame or start the rebuild. This isnβt that complicated.

The first order of business should be getting a better coach because the fans are running thin on patience with Billups.

Just some observations:
– I said we should draft Durant but nobody would listen – I said we should draft Bam but nobody would listen – I said we should draft Walker Kessler or Mark Williams, and sure enough, nobody would listen, and Shaedon Sharpe is still not starting (though to be fair, Sharpe was still a pretty decent pick) – I said we shouldn’t fire Terry Stotts and I wasn’t wrong – I said we shouldn’t trade CJ and I wasn’t wrong – I said we shouldn’t give away a 1st-round pick for Robert Covington but nobody would listen – I said we shouldn’t get rid of Covington so soon after he played 70 games considering we had no 2021 first-round pick and, well, I wasn’t wrong – I don’t create a toxic work environment
… and I’m available for hire as the long-term replacement for Neil Oshey.

Weβre not contending unless a star on the level of Embiid or Kawhi become available and interested in Portland. Getting them likely means trading Sharpe, Simons, Nassir and multiple picks.
If that opportunity arises, Iβm all for it – more so for Embiid than Kawhi. I wouldβve traded Simons, Sharpe, Nassir and picks for Durant, had been interested in coming. That was also when we had Hart and Payton II, who wouldβve been awesome compliments on a contender.
The more likely and logical route is trying to get a godfather offer from some team like OKC, Houston, Orlando or New Orleans, selling off Nurkic and Jerami and moving on. Iβm inclined to go that route, unless Embiid or Kawhi are coming to town.
