He is not the one you build around
This generation of players and their inability to remain healthy is going to kill the guaranteed money 4 the future players
Lowe is right.. they shouldnt have paid him after 0 games last season. He proved he cant stay healthy.
First it was AD , now Zion
Zion is a bust he is dangerously overpaid they just going off potential aka what ifs the pelicans gambled and lost
As a Pel fan, he has one more year to show he can consistently stay healthy. Stay on the court for 55+ games. The reward can be a high playoff spot but the risk is consistent play ins with a roster missing the best player.
The injuries to the lower extremities will accumulate over time. He will eventually lose his explosiveness and become into another Blake Griffin. They are his hostages.
I thought Perk was fired. How is he on this?
No matter what he's getting the Bag 🤷
He just gotta lose 20 pounds…
Trade him? What value does he have if he’s played roughly a third of available games?
Feels like i spent more time listening to Woj say how long Zion is out then watching him play 🙁
Waste, they should trade him cuz clearly his prone to injury
He better be back soon. Its absolutely necessary the team gets him back and makes the playoffs
yes so trade him to knicks or any other team. or better you can release him if he is a such problem. i think at least 1 team will pick him up for free. my gosh these fake injuries.
He already hasn't played half the games. Put on top of that, the fact that his injuries are all lower extremities, which add up quick, and it's a recipe for disaster. You're going to have another Chandler Parsons on your hands. (not skill but contract to playability wise)
Nobody on that roster is better then zion. And he still young.
Zion is too big he needs to lose weight to reduce the impact on his knees and ankles
No mentions they just went through this with AD for 9 years and got nothing for those 9 years
thia ís DUMB. if he can go the final 2 games YOU PLAY HIM unless the team is mathematically already eliminated from the play-in. you can only say "let's just start over next yr" so many times. at some point they have to know just HOW unreliable he is going to be.
Zion will be a perfect fit with the Knicks.
He will never be healthy. He's a bust.
