I will never understand how these multi-billion-dollar leagues across the globe place so much power in the hands of people they intentionally under-pay, under-train, and under-employ. If these leagues cared there would be far more infrastructure in place to improve reffing. But they don’t, and so we all have to suffer because it saves billionaires a couple dozen grand a year.
