  1. Sharpe as the number one scoring option looked pretty damn good. These last games are going to do a lot for his growth.

I’ve been super impressed with Sharpe’s instincts off the ball all season. He has great timing on cuts, and really knows how to read the defenders leverage off screens and closeouts. It’s really rare to see a 19 year old rookie be that instinctual and fluid.

Also Keon probably played his best game so far. I like what I see from him on defense but he’s clearly not a PG.

Would love to see Sharpe get 35+ mins a game for the rest of the season

I would like to thank the Bulls for helping us not give them our draft pick. 🤣

Magic won yesterday and we lost today.

It’s a win for Shaedon. Let him cook for the rest of the season.

Didn’t get to watch. I see Sharpe’s stats, but how did he actually look on both sides?

Only thing not making this perfect is we didn’t score 100 pts so I can’t get a free nugget for lunch tomorrow. Oh well, one closer to 5th is what matters most.

Anybody confused as to why walker gets such little playing time? Whenever I watch him he seems like a solid rebounder and maybe in small sample sizes pick and roll option. He seems like he tends to score quite a bit in limited minutes as well. What’s his downside? Is his defense that bad?

  10. Sharpe is looking more and more impressive. This offseason will be big for him. Look for him to take a giant leap forward next year. If we are shutting down the starters I really want to see what Sharpe looks like playing 38mpg. Ramp him for what could he be his new role.

This game was already lost when they announced Dame wasn’t playing 🤦‍♂️

Gonna need God Shammgod to work with Shaedon on his handles this off season lol.

Nice to see Shaedon and the Sharpes only lose by 28.

Great loss, love seeing Shae getting a chance to stretch his legs and play to his strengths for the run-in. Build that confidence that he can be a force next season and accelerate his development. If he can improve his handle over the off-season he could rapidly increase his value to the team while his defense slowly comes along.

Pipping the Magic for 5th would be beautiful, guarantees we can’t fall further than 7th, and gives a us an even better shot at a franchise altering 1st pick. So much is riding on this summer, having the best assets possible to finish this rapid retool is crucial. I love that Cronin has the balls to attempt this in a city that historically loves a “good” team and is resistant to accepting a single losing season, let alone throwing in the towel near the end of a second.

It may all come crashing down if the opportunity doesn’t arise for a huge trade but at least we’re finally willing to push out the boat, suffer the short term pain, and make an attempt to construct a real winning team. Not wasting our draft capital on middling role players just to push us to 46 wins. Would much rather see us really try and fall flat on our face, than meekly accept mediocrity for the rest of Dame’s career.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a game where the losing team gets 10 steals and still loses by 30 pts. Not sure if that’s a Chauncey issue with the undisciplined D or it’s the opposite and why Chauncey can’t get this defense on track with all these gamblers getting steals but giving up 60%!!!!!!! from three lol.
