I've been down on my Clippers all season. They're not included in many of my recent wagers. But there is one silver lining. Ty Lue once took the 2018 Cavaliers all the way to the Finals with Kyrie gone.
The West is very mediocre and wide-open. And Paul George doesn't need surgery. There is optimism he'll return come playoffs. We'll also get Norman Powell back. All is not lost but that Westbrook dark cloud still hovers over us.

The Cavs doing the Twin Towers model and actually succeeding on a high level is the most exciting thing for me. I might be an old head, but Cavs basketball makes me feel good about the game. Good blend of post-play, midrange, and excellent 3pt shooting. Hope this team wins so that the league starts doing their copycat thing and playing a better brand of basketball.
