Bam is one of the most talented players in the NBA. Amazing defender, great post game, can hit mid range shots, etc. Then all of his intensity just vanishes.
I get the sense it’s a confidence problem. Jimmy wants to step up and take over because he knows he can. Bam thinks he’s gonna be the guy to blow it, so he just sets screens at the top of the key on offense and let’s others play.

If we are going to improve the team, because of the salary we have with existing players and our limited draft capital, one of Jimmy, Bam, and Herro need to be traded.
Bam is probably the most valuable asset we have and there are a number of teams that would be throwing all the picks and assets to get him (especially in the West where the Blazers and Thunder would be over the moon at a conversation to trade for him).
I genuinely think having a team built around Herro and Jimmy with rotating, high motor guys at the 5 is the best chance at success for this team.

Honestly not sure where the jimmy doesn’t care narrative comes from. Bam played 10 more games than Jimmy thus far (as he should due to his age). It’s not like jimmy puts up pedestrian averages this year. He’s been consistently putting up 22/5/5/2 on great efficiency and yet he doesn’t care…or is taking nights off? The numbers literally say otherwise
