I'm not a fan of the in-season tournament, I feel that it's pretty unnecessary like what they did with the Rivals Week thing this year, but it's just there new-found way of trying to bring more excitement to the league.
Maybe this can help the Bulls become a better team depending on what AKME does I'd really like to see the Bulls improve greatly next season get into the playoffs and win a series at the very least

I have a problem when you say that the bulls owners doesn't spend money it does to some extent but you have to be honest if the guy is not worth it don't bother we see time and time again that people spend money on players who doesn't live up to expectation so with that said if the price is right and the guy is right they will spend
You forgot to address a little bit how this will affect people going to the games. This will increase prices across the league I guarantee it. Just to keep paying players more which already earn 50+ million per season. Considering we are in a basic recession and inflation is hitting us like a truck this is bad.
10% increase per year is insane! This will not be sustainable. In 6-7 years they will be paying certain players 100 mil per year. Who’s gonna keep paying that.

Teams can also have 3 two-way contracts instead of 2. As a team mostly likely without any pick in the 2023 draft the Bulls have a chance to sign 3 undrafted rookies, etc. Might be helpful.

The cap isn't guaranteed to go up 10% each year. It goes up a max of 10% each year to avoid a massive 1 yr jump with a new TV deal, and then the added cap space will spill over up to 10% each year until the cap is where it should be

I think it’s funny that with all that spending, the Clippers have not won anything. And the Clippers might be looking to another Play-In l-Tournament. Totally unnecessary this year.
