Everyone needs to temper expectations. If anything, the Wiggins returning news is for the squad to tighten up and give them hope that if they can hold out through the play-in/first round and give Wiggins time to get into playoff shape they can make a run for the championship.

Yes there is a good chance that it’s too late, and I’m sorry but it’s stupid that everyone spent almost 2 whole months saying “take as much time as you need”. He should have taken 2 or 3 weeks and then come back. I know that sounds insensitive but he signed a contract that he would play basketball if healthy.
Lots of players have dealt with family issues and tragedy over the years but this is pretty unprecedented in the way he just silently disappeared for so long at such a critical point in the season.
