  2. inshamblesx

cuban spiraling bc he know luka gonna leave as well

  3. MavsFanForLife

Oh ffs. Say what you want about Jerry but at least he’ll take responsibility for the cowboys failures

  4. Usual_Adhesiveness92

Shoulda signed his dad then, Mark.

  5. LinuxUbuntuOS

Sure it didn’t really help that pretty much everyone in the Brunson camp including Brunson himself wanted New York but Cuban shouldn’t have lowballed him

  6. heshouldgo

If you just paid him he would’ve stayed

  7. biggoldgoblin

All you had to do was offer him the contract he wanted and you fucked it up, it’s fine to admit that

  8. Bladex20

Who is Cuban going to blame when Luka demands a trade next year

  9. asapfetty

How terrible, his parents wanted him to make the most money possible

  10. spacedorb9

YOU WERE THE ONE WHO DIDN’T PAY HIM MARK, MAYBE SPEND MONEY ON PLAYERS NOT CRYPTO

  11. dameplsrunfromgrind

Mark Cuban when Luka demands a trade because of the comments on his leadership Tim Hardaway Jr’s Dad made:

“Things went south when the parents got involved”

  12. i’m so glad people are finally recognizing this fraud for what he is

  13. theopression

Should’ve paid him then, when contracts are gonna be at that high of a dollar level family will always provide some input. This all just sounds like sour grapes

  14. Kawhi_not_2

Lost Steve Nash and jaylen brunson

    Doing something wrong.

  15. Padulsky21

Now he’s talking about Brunson? Cuban is relishing in his embarrassments lmfao

  16. simonvonc

Cubans over involvement with the actual basketball operations of his team is gonna kill a promising era of Mavs basketball. His refusal to take accountability is beyond laughable

  17. slysonic7

This will certainly be received well by Jalen Brunson

  18. Way to entice other FA’s to your team, Cuban.

Blame the parents instead of your own front office’s ineptitude.

    Solid plan.

Good luck with your franchise once you give Kyrie that max contract lmfao.

  19. wgking12

Lol Brunson made a great career move and Cubans just mad about it

  20. Mustard_Jam

Cuban is such a clown. Dude is going to fumble a generational player because he’s made stupid decision after stupid decision. Mavs are one of the worst run teams in the NBA. If they didn’t draft Luka they would be the Hornets.

  21. AlecarMagna

At the end of the day the Mavs never viewed Brunson as someone they wanted to be a core part of the Mavs with Luka moving forward and was just a trade asset. I bet saying “we believe in you and we want to do whatever we can to make you part of our future” would have gone a long way to getting a seat at the negotiating table.

  22. Ramjambambam

If the money was the same regardless then okay maybe. But Jalen is a grown ass man anyway and he can choose to live where he wants. Fuck Cuban.

  23. CloudCrashSounds

Mark gets handed a generational player in a gift basket and can’t stop making excuses for this shitshow of an org. Really helping with future FAs with this kind of talk.

  24. Pappydude30

Come on, there was literally a period where pre-breakout Brunson could be signed for cheap.

  25. JorSimpson45

Mark cuban ate up all of the stupid “cool guy billionaire on shark tank” rep he had this season with his inability to accept fault in this failure of a season

  26. krypto9er

Omg that is the most pathetic excuse, just admit you weren’t willing to pay him what he was worth. Even though Brunson was a huge factor in the Jazz series last year when Luka wasn’t healthy, you still didn’t see him as the guy who could ride with Luka cause he wasn’t a big name like Kyrie or Porzingis. Now he’s balling in New York and you guys aren’t even in the play in.

  27. YoungNissan

Or you could have paid him? Ever thought of that. New York certainly did and look how it’s going for them

  28. Isosinsir

I used to admire Cuban as an NBA owner because of his passion and my team had *Robert Fucking Sarver* for an owner, but the guy has been clueless without oversight from the family Nelson.

  29. Ill_Celery_7654

All Cuban had to do was not be a cheap ass and actually pay Brunson what he wanted and I’m pretty sure he’d still be in Dallas.

  30. krusty-krab69

How about blame the past front office for doing something really dumb. They structured his rookie deal to where he would be an unrestricted free agent. Who the honest to fuck does that?!

  31. ImWicked39

I think leaving Luka/Dallas and being the engine for the Knicks was the best thing to happen.

  32. DirkDoncic4177

Cuban plays more defense than anyone on the roster
