Kap gives a gold star to the Chicago Bulls bench today. When the game was still tight in the second quarter, he thought Ayo Dosunmo, Coby White, and Andre Drummond stepped up. But Kap says the star of the game was Zach Lavine, who had 32 points. And even though DeMar DeRozan is hurting, he played and scored 17 points. He also hit 2 threes, grabbed 6 rebounds, and had 10 assists. He was playing winning basketball despite the injury to his quad. Though Kap would like to see Patrick Williams do more offensively, Kap thinks he’s playing really well on the defensive side of the ball. Lebron James returned from injury and scored 19 points. But every time the Lakers made a run in the game, the Bulls showed fight and kept them at bay.
Let’s hope the Bulls can keep it going in LA and take down the Clippers as well.

Adding Patrick Beverly gave the Bulls a much needed dog attitude. That and Zach is back with his alpha scoring attitude. For a great much of the season Bulls looked rudderless but it is good they're showing some direction now.
Good game bulls, but can we all agree that the ref really need to go back and step up there officiating.
