I said it in the game thread and I’ll say it again. Not getting offensive rebounds, while allowing so many on the other side is destroying our chances of winning games. Teams have been regularly getting upwards of 15 extra possessions that end in a shot or freethrows than we do every single game recently. The Kings got 17 more tonight, The Hawks 11 more a few nights ago, and the Heat 15 more the game before that.
The consequences of this are that you basically have to be completely on fire offensively and actually play some defense just to keep the game close. We had to outshoot the Kings 49% to 43% tonight and make 8 more 3 pointers just to win by a whopping 4 points. We lost to the Heat by 7 points a few games ago while outshooting them 61%(!!!) to 52%. It’s damn near impossible to win games at any level of basketball when your opponent has so many more oppotunities to score than you do.

DP just juggles the ball till its comfortable for the other team to grab. I have never seen someone rebound like him, Josh green is a better rebounder than him, tells a lot about the centers in this team.

almost 40mil$ for Wood, Kleber, Powell + McGeen and they have probably around 10 rebounds /game combined… You just cant outscore opponents with such crap centers anymore….
