How teams been doing it all year. Magically healing before playing the lakers. Lol

Dudes have been circling Laker games on the calendar for decades. It’s all part of being the best franchise in the league.

  3. nellywentdiamond

And still took the L. Hold that kiddo! 🤣

  4. BoysenberryJunior294

I’m convinced Michael Jordan would be listed as questionable against the lakers

Dude is a certified whiner on Twitter. There’s better Laker content out there you know

  6. velphegor666

Knows its his chance to show out then immediately ditches once he faces a smaller market 😂😂

  7. PineCreekCathedral

Would have mattered more if he wasn’t 0-5 from 3

Lol what’s funny is Kyrie was also injured, then came back to drop almost 40 in that close game we lost, then sat out the next game to continue healing injury.

It’s a sign of respect & to maximize the opportunity to play against a great franchise and the greatest player who’s at his tail end of his career. They all want to show in and show out. They know media going to talk all about them the next day if they stick it to the lakers & Lebron. I didn’t even remember Colin sexton was playing for jazz (not Cleveland) until ysday. Kelly olynk’ bank 3 came up in talk shows today. Otherwise who’s talking about Kelly freaking olynk. It is what it is.

It’s annoying as fuck but I wonder if it’s partially because they know they’ll be on prime time when they play us, and thus get more exposure. Also, we were a good get-right team for most of the season – guess they forgot that we’re no one to fuck with post-trade deadline

You really do gotta be built different to play for the Lakers. Every team plays us like it’s game 7 of the finals.

They could of shut him down due to soreness from coming back after being gone everything isn’t a conspiracy theory..

Lakers have another game against the Jazz. Bet he’s magically healthy for that one.

At the same time Markannen has been playing like every third game and he sat out.

  15. I think Reaves banged his mom. He did nothing but assault him all night.

  16. T_c_Thom

They also didn’t have Kessler or Markannen?

  17. LALyfestyle

Just waiting for Paul George to suit up 🤣🤣🤣

  18. I have saying this since forever. NBA games are not the same. This trash niggas suit up like its the nba finals whenever they play the lakers. SMH

As a self admitted Lebron Fan, i used to see players who did this and also had career highs too against Cleveland or Miami.

With the Lakers, is at a whole’ nother level.
They come back from injury precisely on the night of games against LA, and then take games off immediately after. They also have career highs or breakout games (Did anyone see Damon Jones become Curry 2.0 last night?) and in the case of the Flippers and Warriors, you can easily tell they are playing 2x as hard as they do against other teams. Its honestly a bit pathetic how they play as if its game 7 of the finals whenever the play LAL, and then a few nights later, even if its a game with more relevance to the standings, they play as if they all took a cocktail of Benadryl.

While im not saying it’s necessarily a Lebron effect, as a league pass subscriber, imho it feels like this behavior is almost exclusively against LAL. But then again, it could be me.

Ya’ll realizes jazz were missing Lauri and Kessler
