Yeah I don’t mind that at all, as long as he isn’t penciled in for big rotation minutes to start the season. I like Knox as like a 10th man or something.
I do wonder which of the wings this season will be back next year. Reddish, Winslow, Knox, Thybulle, and Jeenathan Williams are all free agents or nonguaranteed this summer so we have to make a decision on all of those guys. As an aside, I wouldn’t mind bringing back Williams on a two-way or maybe even a fully guaranteed spot. He’s got a 7’0 wingspan and really plays defense pretty well, and he’s shot 40% from three in the G league. Seems like a pretty useful kind of guy to have.

originally wanted to keep cam more but kevin seems twice the athlete
3 million is a no brainer

He can be a midrange bucket guy, could play his way into the rotation if he could stay in front of his assignment

Rather sign Mays TBH. This squad desperately needed a backup PG this season. So many games went south when dame went on bench and no one to calm down the offense. Just devolved into ANT going iso so much. I like mays game.

Rather keep Knox than Reddish

Knox has surprised me. Just curious if he can do the little things, that keeps players in the rotation, when the team is healthy? Right now he gets touches and a ton of minutes. But next season won’t be the same. So if he can do the little things I don’t mind bringing him back.
Don’t bring back Reddish tho

When Knox plays between 10 and 29 minutes this year he plays like a good nba role player. When he plays less or more than that he plays like an absolutely terrible player.
For his career, it’s somewhat similar. He shoots better from three, has a better true shooting percentage. But an interesting wrinkle is when he plays 40+ minutes, at that point he plays like a star lol. (probably because he’s not going to be allowed to play that much unless he is balling out)

Easy. Looks like nice bench piece.
Knox at $3m isn’t bad. Let’s just hope he’s not being counted on for major production.
