I am mostly a lurker, but I check here for NuggDad. Please be wary of him sitting or laying with his neck postured forward. I’m 36 and have back problems from it. He is older than me, and seeing as the neck is attached to the ribs, I would look out for rhomboid issues (what I have from gaming in bed 3 decades) if this posture is frequent. I am not a medical professional, just a dude who loves seeing your pops and spends a lot of time on YouTube for back pain.

Broken/fractured ribs are terrible. Mine hurt so bad when breathing in & out or coughing.
