A ton of good talk about basketball in here. I loved the talk about the Pels and the Celtics, both things have been referenced before during this season. I know Chris Miller referenced the Pelicans and it was a point of discussion when we beat them when they had a bunch of players out, and yet where are they now vs us. And the talk of breaking up the Celtics is definitely timely, especially considering their own fans wanted them to tank last year before they wound up going to the finals, and we’re back again at the place where people are trying to break their team up even as they’ve been to 6 conference finals and a finals and had a long period of sustained excellence and they’ve even added more good personnel. And that is definitely a conversation that backs up the pullquote “We live in a society where we look at headings instead of context”.
