I keep seeing people say that Conley for Dlo was somehow bad for us, hopefully last night put that to bed

Everything that needed to happen for us to upset the Lakers happened: role players hit 3s, KAT is locked in defensively, and players like D’Lo and Beasley prove why we traded them away.
If Ant plays 15% better or KAT is slightly more aggressive in the 4th, we win.

That was definitely my silver lining last night. I was worried DLo might go off in the 4th as he sometimes does, but it was nice seeing him sit on the bench. And also only having to watch the Beasley butt wiggle once.

This franchise just has an unclutch stink to it. Even the former Wolves on the Lakers got benched in clutch time. It’s going to be a new attribute front offices look at when doing free agency or trades, “I like him, but in 2019 he had a stint with the Wolves so won’t be able to play him in any close games.”

I need KAT to rewatch all of his playoff games and talk to people how to increase his basketball IQ.
I need Ant to learn how to post up and develop a mid range game.

You guys worry way too much about data points.
Dlo, Vando and Bradley’s cumulative body of work is not impressive. They’re sixth/seventh role play guys on a good team at best.
Even if they lit us up last night I’d still say they are plumbers with confidence. Dlo vanishes when it matters, when Vando takes a mid range jumper or corner three I consider it a successful defensive stand even if it goes in, Beasley is a one trick pony.

I was thinking about the idea of those guys getting revenge on us and honestly, if any of those players performed last year in the playoffs we would have beat the Grizzlies and probably not traded them. They don’t deserve any form of revenge.

Vando locked up Any pretty good

Lol Beas is so lame for that dance after his 3… on his only bucket… down 7

How many games do prior team mates need to play against their former team until they’re no longer called revenge games?
