Shoutout to Mike Brown, who has done a phenomenal job so far!
I know they want to give it to coaches heading teams that make it into the playoffs but Coach was taking teams loaded with dudes who barely made it (back) into the league (Dunn, Samanic, Juzang, Fontecchio) or who probably won’t even be in the league next year (JTA, Dok) and taking playoff-bound teams playing their starters to the final minute. We played the Nuggets, Nets, Lakers, Celtics, Kings, Heat, and more really close, mostly without Sexton, Clarkson, and Lauri.
I’m mildly in shambles. He’ll get his due soon enough though!

Yeah Jazz were super fun to watch for Jazz fans. Our small market team has to do something appealing to the larger NBA audience sell TV commercials through June. They either have to love us, or love hating us. I would personally prefer the former, with JC making everyone smile. I’m convinced the whole world loves watching JC play basketball.
Well even though he showed promise why would anyone vote for the coach of a team in the lottery.
That’s okay he’ll win it next year after the Jazz win a championship…
Why are we surprised?
So this isn’t the main Coach of the Year vote that gets announced with the other ones like MVP, ROY, etc. This is the one voted on by the league’s coaches.
Good thing Andy didn’t vote for him… Reddit is already in shambles
