Celtics News Ahead Of Game 2 vs. Hawks: Jaylen Brown Injury Update, Keys To Victory, Title Odds



Boston Celtics news: Game 2 of the 1st round NBA Playoffs matchup between the Boston Celtics and Atlanta Hawks is set for tomorrow night at TD Garden in Boston. The C’s won game 1 with ease, 112-99. Celtics Today host Will Scott covers the latest Celtics news ahead of the game 2 matchup, which features an injury update on Jaylen Brown. After Brown had to get stitches on his hand about 10 days ago, his stitches split open during game 1. But head coach Joe Mazzulla said there were no restrictions for Brown in practice today. “Split open during the game, but it’s fine now…I think it’s going to be alright, It’s a constant adjustment, making sure I have a good grip on the ball…There’s not a lot of padding on it, so it’s just a different feel shooting the ball,. [The pain] is fine. Especially with the adrenaline of the game, you kind of just get going.”
