  1. Nets have to figure out a way to upgrade the PG position this off-season. Dinwiddie is legitimately costing this team wins and also hindering Mikal’s potential. Ik I may be in the minority but if you have a chance of getting Dame this off-season while keeping Mikal, Cam, and Clax I think you have to seriously consider it

  2. BelonyInMyLeftPocket

Bricking open 3s and giving up offensive boards lost us this game. Royce shitting the bed constantly also didn’t help.

  3. wintercvlt

We lost the most Brooklyn Way we possibly could.

  4. depressedpr0phet

I’m glad my years of hatred for Dinwiddie is now a common consensus amongst Nets fans

  5. Kwilly462

We cannot close games. We are incapable of closing games. We refuse to score the last 5 minutes of games.

Ridiculous. I need an investigation on why we forget how to play this sport in clutch time.

  6. Describe being a nets fan in one gif.

    That Royce turnover.

  7. Jolly-Ad53

claxton getting ejected really messed us up 😭

  8. NotBrandonNelsonV2

Din say hello to China because get off our team

  9. Hot_Sports_Take

So who’s y’alls second fav team?

  10. Eat-Depay-Love

Great effort by everyone except Dinwiddie. Him getting switched on maxey killed us and his turnover at the end

  11. JohnFish2734

I like JV defensive schema. But god is his offense schemes absolutely terrible

Edit: I wasn’t really a believer but Cam Thomas should have absolutely have been given more minutes this series

Edit 2: There is no reason that the last shots should have been attempted by DFS, Dinwiddie, and Royce

  12. unitedairlineeeeees

So many games in the regular season did Dinwiddie play hero ball at the end and blow big leads (or lead to losses)

Why would we expect different tonight?

  13. Independent-Hour-246

this has actually been the worst two years of my life no bullshit

  14. guccigirlswag

Unbelievably disappointing how poor the execution was at the end. I appreciate the effort but you cannot lose focus at the end like that.

  15. Cereal_for_dinner123

What an embarrassing finish to game. Don’t even bother playing game 4. Just forfeit and end this season and try to build a better team for next year

  16. zestysnacks

Knew it even when we were winning😬, but hey

  17. Che_Veni

We gotta improve at the PG position ASAP. Spence is a nice guy and all but just doesn’t fit this team at all and hero-ball decisions are holding the team back.

  18. broooooklyn

As soon as Dinwiddie passed it off instead of driving against Embiid with 5 fouls out on the perimeter, and then Royce turned it over, I knew there was a good chance we were losing. Horrible close out to the game, absolutely brutal loss.

Also, Clax needs to be aware that he has a tech and to dial back the taunting. We win handily if he doesn’t get ejected, he was our second best player tonight.

Royce was terrible, Harris is washed. Marks has his work cut out for him this off-season.

  19. I_dont_eat_animals_

As a San Jose sharks fan, we lost a series up 3-0 series so don’t hold out hope

  20. Familiar-Treacle-995

Ugh…A lot of losing plays down the stretch. Claxton tech, missed wide open 3’s, missed free throws, turnovers.

  21. Expensive-Rip3370

Series is done, however I need Dinshittie off this team by next season

  22. raymagicbuc

Claxton was the best player on the court and until he got ejected the Nets deserved to win. Now a sweep seems like a fitting end to the season. Awful end of the game by Dinwiddie, just pitiful all around!

  23. OmniSzron

Look guys, we’re getting closer with every game. In order, we were -20, -12 and now -5. We’re clearly on track to win the fourth one. 😁

  24. MVPScheer123r8

I’ve never hated a Nets player more than I hate this version of Spencer Dinshittie.

  25. Chapea12

I figured the sixers would take this series comfortably, so I didn’t think I’d really get upset about a loss… but wtf..

I get why Dinwiddie took that chance. I mean, somebody had to go after a limping 5 foul Embiid, but the time to do that was minutes earlier.

And Royce O’Neal was point shaving down the stretch

  26. jkliverpool92

This loss is on Dinwiddie. Bigger issue is wtf is our offensive scheme. What happened to our quick passes/dribble drives to get some of the shooters open? Need to run more PnRs when Embiid is on the bench and let the big dudes eat.

  27. A_Polite_Noise

My advice: get off reddit, do something else.

I’m gonna click send on this comment then go play videogames and smoke, not think about basketball at all. Trust me. Don’t dwell. Just put off nba anything until you’ve slept. Don’t prolong the loss by stewing in it, go distract yourself with something else you enjoy.

    See y’all Saturday
