Is probably really injured and the front office is too scared to say it. I hate the “we move in silence” shit

  2. LilTurnippman

I’ve never been a doomer but it’s time to be done with these two. This is just legitimate bullshit.

  3. iamkarlhungus

Every time my dad says “don’t you love being a Clipper fan?” (genuinely, too) this happens.

  4. GitemTaylor

😂😂 yeah it’s time to let them go. Both

  5. jchavez9723

I’m all for a re-tool as long as that means getting rid of these two

  6. djrobford

Wouldn’t be surprised if Kawhi was done for at least the rest of this round. This is the playoffs, he wouldn’t have sat out a game unless it was serious.

I’m slightly more optimistic for PG since there’s video footage of him shooting and working out, but still wouldn’t expect him back until the second round.

  7. Props to Kawhi. The best part- time player Clips have ever had

  8. vinnymacaroni

‪Clipper fans… Blow it up this summer or roll with Kawhi and PG another year?‬

‪Legit curious what y’all wanna do cause this is just crazy at this point

  9. Otherwise-Tale9671

I’m so over this team. I really am. It’s gotten really bad…

  10. We have the shittiest Medical staff. How is it possible that all our stars are injured in the post season???

  11. Upper-Industry8039

Pain and suffering. I still believe the team can win the series.

  12. Its not their fault, its their bodies that let them down.

But also, I’m just really mad. This fucking sucks. I’m mad that we wasted years with them. Every fucking year its the same story. It feels like we picked the wrong stars.

This fucking sucks. I love them both, but this fucking sucks.

Ballmer said we’d never tank but we could have a “rebuild season”. That’ll ne next season so they can compete when we move to Intuit.

Hope teams finally open their eyes to load management after this season. It clearly doesn’t work and only makes things worse if anything. Look at all the injuries the past few years.

  15. Dri-Fit-Socks

Not even sure what to say at this point. Obviously injury’s happen but the clippers luck has just been horrific

  16. madsharps

Imagine playing here and there all season with the justification that you’ll be 100% for the post season and then not being available for that, to the tune of a max contract? Insane.

  17. If they don’t come back this series and the team is bounced from the playoffs, which it looks like is the likely scenario, then at this point, the team needs to move on from PG and Kawhi. It just hasn’t worked out like we all envisioned. Maybe it’s the team being too over-protective. Maybe it’s PG and Kawhi being overly cautious. Maybe it’s a combo of both. Either way, they can’t stay healthy. Injuries happen too often and too easily with them and you cannot play with a team that is constantly without one or both of it’s stars. Especially, when you’re investing nearly $190 Mil between them until the end of 24/25.

It was a shot that the team had to take. I don’t regret them swinging for the fences. It’s just time to move on. All the load management hasn’t helped, if anything it’s hurt the team way more. It hasn’t changed anything for Kawhi or PG. They are still one minor collision or slightly off landing away from weeks and weeks of missed games. Even here in the playoffs. The Clippers have just never had luck with stars and injuries. Walton, Manning, Harper, Brand, Blake, CP3 and now PG and Kawhi are added to that list and that’s just a small handful of names. Too much wasted potential.

  18. yawnnonstop12

If u can’t get dame next season. Just blow it up

  19. mrsbutterworth699

What was the point of load managing? Everything with kawhi is a mystery

  20. theruined007

I’m not even sure it’s worth going to the game tomorrow, but I don’t wanna give up yet. So sad. Tough decision.

  21. active_dad

I’m sorry to hear that. You guys have a hell of a squad

  22. Canoli5000

Honestly we have something to build off of with this hardworking type play we saw in game 3 going forward. Move one of the star players if not both, resign Russ, incorporate the youth in the rotation, and go from there. Love PG & Kawhi but we can’t do another year of this. One more year at Staples/Crypto with this hard working bunch then have the hot fun loving team for the Intuit Dome opening season

  23. basketballkilla

Yet kawhi plays 45 minutes in a regular season game against the Lakers. Hahaha. Cannot make this up.

  24. True_Scallion_7011

Depressed Kawhi fan. I’m assuming he’s going to retire soon unfortunately. What could have been for the clippers, especially that 2021 season…..

  25. nepats523

End of the season. Was already going to be an uphill battle playing in the morning with him
