I was very concerned after our bad loss in game 2. But in game 3, those concerns were put to rest. Knicks are here to fight and it will be a great series, even if it's ugly at times. I remember switching after our game to Wolves-Nuggets and after our slugfest. It felt like a pre-season game after Knicks-Cavs. Guys were joking with each other, being all relaxed. Such a difference.
RJ surprised everyone! I get why Thibs went with him. Cavs really double JB and Randle every time and we needed another shot creator. I thought it would be IQ, but RJ did the job. RJ did a good job, like you guys say, in driving into the paint and making GOOD decisions – passing when he had no shot and shooting when he had an opening. Also, Brunson adjusted to aggressive double-teams. If you notice, his pace went up. He is usually more methodical but Cavs were aggressively doubling him, so he had to add speed. And he wasn't comfortable with that pace in game 2 but in game 3, he became comfortable and started making his mid-range shots. Also, Mitch Robinson was VERY underrated in game 3. He was HUGE on getting offensive rebounds and putbacks. With Allen/Mobley still closing the paint, he was one of the few who scored inside for us. Randle was terrible. I didn't like his game at all. He needs to drive in the paint and draw fouls vs. always passing when he is jumping – those are all TOs waiting to happen. He needs to draw fouls more for us to get Allen/Mobley in foul trouble.

I TOLD Y'ALL THIS SERIES IS OVER, EARLY! TOLD Y'ALL THE CAVS WILL RESIST BUT IN THE END THE KNICKS ARE A BETTER TEAM. THE KNICKS WERE ALWAYS A BETTER TEAM, ALWAYS & I SAID THAT BEFORE THE SEASON BEGAN, NOTHINGS CHANGED BUT THE MEDIA STARTING TO SEE WHAT I ALWAYS KNEW.
