I see a lot of talk about trying to trade for Bridges and Claxton, but I think that’s incredibly unrealistic. What would you guys think of adding Bridges and DFS? This would give us a starting 3 plus wing depth for the bench (we could even start both if we really wanted too)
Obviously there would be picks involved with this too in order to make this work

Sure but I don’t think Brooklyn are going to give up Bridges
Simons will be our best player next year, especially after we trade Dame

I like both Bridges and DFS, but I think the asking price for Bridges will be higher than what we have to give at the moment. His contract is phenomenal relative to what he provides (scoring and elite defense).
The only way I can see us getting Bridges is if he forces a trade because he wants to play with Dame, and even then Brooklyn is under no obligation to accommodate such a trade if they’re not getting something that benefits them.
I just don’t see Brooklyn giving him up that easily, not for Ant, Nas, and Keon, especially considering they gave up KD originally.
I was thinking the Nets wanted to keep Bridges but they may go into full rebuild mode. Which would be obtaining picks and younger talent. Maybe they will see Ant as a piece they can build around because of his age and skill set. Bridges is a really good player but I don’t think he is a star player you build around. He’s a second or third option. People look at the trade of KD and assume oh it’s gonna cost a lot for him. But they wanted the draft capital. So it might not take as much as people assume. And this trade+ a couple first round could work
We should trqade Drue Ewbanks for a trillion dollars, buy all the teams, make Bob Myers wear a shame hat and create the greatest sdqwad of all time. Prove me wrong {you can’t}
If they traded bridges they’d make another team eat Ben Simmons contract. Would take Sharpe and the knicks pic + future considerations for them to consider it. Boy I wish they kept Hart
