  1. You fail to mention a few things…you nail their execution problems (driving to the rim, taking care of the ball) but the ONE guy they got to solve those problems (Brogdon) is sitting on the bench in the clutch. Also they missed 6 free throws. And third, Tatum was 1-11 from three. They absolutely deserved to lose that game, but not playing Brogdon late is dumbfounding.

  2. Tatum is low key dirty, he dove at Okongwu's ankles after he turned the ball over. Befitting that they got beat.😂

  3. In what universe are the Celtics the most talented? What 1st ballot hall of famers do they have to justify that status in the most star-driven sport?

  4. Idk if chokers is the word I use to describe these Celtics. I've seen them make some clutch plays and great comebacks. How I describe them is a football team with a great passing game but no run game. Their offense is explosive. But when they have a big lead, they struggle once they go into clock killing mode. They take their foot off the gas to drain clock, but aggression is how the score. And they struggle to get back into a rhythm after that. It let's teams chip away at their leads and they never quite turn it back on. I feel like they play way better late in games when they are trailing

  5. I go to several NBA media personalities for entertaining takes, but, when I want detailed analysis, I come here first. Pause.

  6. Thing is the hawks have a lot of talent and have settled into the series , so it’s really not that wild to believe they can upset Boston

  7. Great breakdown jason. I somewhat disagree on the nuggets not looking good. Jokic had 28, 17, and 12 last night. 43 points the game before. Gentlemens swept the wolves. Just cause some of the games were close doesn't mean much. I think the wolves with Anthony edwards playing like a superstar are a better team than the clippers with no kawhi or PG. As a fan of the nuggets i know my glasses may be rose colored but I actually dont expect us to beat pheonix. Idk why anyone would.. kevin Durant formed a superteam with two other hall of famers and an all-star level center. As much as i love them Jokic and murray wont be enough to beat them.

  8. As a Celtics fan Jayson Tatums play over the last few months has begun to infuriate me he has the best supporting cast in the league and gets better looks than every single superstar and still can’t play efficient basketball. It all stems back to his second year when he didn’t live up to the hype from his rookie season and let people bully him into removing the “tough two point shots” or “Kobe shots” from his game. Over time he’s just turned into a 6’9 James harden. Everything is either a tough 3 point shot or a layup and if his 3s aren’t falling then he’s screwed. I watch all the other elite wings in the game like Booker, Durant, Kawhi, butler, Luka etc and they all have all kinds of push shots and floaters and mid range bank shots and great footwork they can go to in the intermediate areas of the court. It hurts to say but I honestly don’t think he can be the best player on a championship team right now.

  9. Before the playoffs start, my rank for the overall top 8 teams would have been like this: Celtics > Bucks > 6ers > Lakers > Nuggets > Suns > Kings > Warriors. Now I'd say…
    1. Nuggets
    2. Lakers
    3. Knicks
    4. 6ers
    5. Suns
    6. Celtics
    7. Warriors
    8. Hawks

And if I had to add 9 & 10th best it would be Heat & Bucks.
The Celtics have a HUGE MENTAL PROBLEM. They get lazy and do stupid things when they're leading or playing against teams they feel they're better than. And the coach is making some rookie coach mistakes. Similar to the Lakers coach. Tatum at times is the main culprit with all the bad shots and threes. At what point does he wake up and realize he is not Steph or Klay? Get creative and finish at the rim man. I had the Celtics coming out of the east but right now if I was betting… I am taking the team with the better or more dominant and consistent superstar: the 6ers.

  10. The tech wasn't from complaining it was a weird second delay of game call (tatum blocks a dead ball into the feet of the courtside row)

  11. Let’s appreciate Jason’s analysis. This guy should be in bigger platforms, not talking heads who don’t even watch games (i. e., Skip, Perks, Shaq).

  12. Tatum didnt get a tech complaining about the foul. He got a tech by tipping the ball into the stands. Your explanation makes it sound like it was discretionary and the refs just decided to give it to him. But nah, he just straight up did a bonehead and totally unnecessary troll.

  13. I hate how when people talk about how easily the Warriors down 3-1 rn don’t mention how EASILY they could also be up 3-1 or even 4-0 lol they forget all about Wiggins missing the game winner in game 1 or Draymond getting ejected in the middle of a warriors come back. Game 2 was closer than the score indicated smh….if we’re playing the “if if if” game.the ONLY convincing win in the entire series was game 3. Don’t get it twisted.

  14. Bro you have been damn near wrong on more than half of the things that you said will happen in the playoffs, and you expect us to believe you on this? Lmao

  15. This Celtics team is so frustrating! They can’t get out of their own way! You gotta have confidence that they’ll bounce back, and they have the roster to win a title, but man this is frustrating. Anybody take control for just 30 seconds to a min down the stretch and we win!

  16. "Trae is bad in the playoffs"? What? He had one bad series against Miami last year. The year before that he had several great performances and won two games in the Eastern Conference Finals.

  17. "Celtics will probably be a 1-point favorite in Game 6"…what a complete asshat

  18. It’s not the Celtics it’s Tatum NCAA tournament he choked Nba bubble hee choked nba finals he choked what more evidence do you need

  19. First time you cover the Celtics this playoff run and it's a question about whether they will choke. The bias here is appalling

  20. These breakdowns would be next level if you were allowed to show game footage w your analysis

  21. Yes I’m a Boston fan but I’m not confident at all i think it gonna go to game7 in a close fight cause Boston loves playing down or a win or go home series 😊

  22. The Celtics lack that killer instinct, especially when they're at home, unlike their past counterparts.

  23. Jason I appreciate your skill. But the owners rig spreads and outcomes thru refs, players retaliate by defensive effort
