   Any hot looking staffs working for Houston? What's the big deal? Houston is still 3 yrs away from making the playoff. Boston was already good when Ime got the job. Stop overhyping a guy up too much,.

   I'm not surprised at all! The Rockets are full of youth! The lockerroom is flooded with 20 year olds. Hell, someone like Ime is who they need! They need a stern, direct, upfront coach! A coach that puts his FOOT DOWN! And Silas was not that! Easy. Great hire for the Rockets! They got this one right!

    Stephen Silas is a top tier assistant coach, but a below average head coach. He didn’t command any respect, couldn’t control his players, and was indeed a pushover. Wish him the best wherever he goes, but he wasn’t it for us.
