Kevin Huerter on his Kings suffering their 3rd straight loss of playoff series to Warriors

Kings guard Kevin Huerter talks following Wednesday’s 123-116 Game 5 loss to the Warriors, Sacramento now trailing 3-2 in their playoff series with Golden State, the turnovers that plagued his team, Draymond Green’s bog offensive night and the elimination heading into Friday’s Game 6.

  1. Kevin, you gotta hit shots. You and Harrison. There's really nothing else to say; you guys are doing alright defensively but especially you have to hit shots Kevin. We believe in you but it'll be hard to win if our starters don't deliver on our expectations.

  2. a total disappointment, especially to the most loyal fans. i suggest you pack your things and request for a trade to go to the other teams.

  3. First name Kevin last name butter cuz he's soft! Shooting 16% from 3 this series. Next year put monk in the starting line up as the SG, Fox has big game dna, i see big game dna in monk but not huerta.

  4. Warriors could have blown them out last 3 games the kings are lucky the warriors aren’t hitting 3s but kings missing some open ones too but they are just getting worn down the pace of warriors is different than any other team it wears guys down physically and mentally and those shots don’t fall second half

  5. Unmfortunately Huerter doesn't do anything well except shoot the outside shot, and if his shooting is off, then there's nothing else available. So disappointed with him and Barnes.

  6. Sad because the kings should be going to the finals. I can’t remember the last time I saw a team allow another team to walk all over them.

  7. It’s all good but next game you gotta show up or just keep driving the paint

  8. This dude is not meant to be a starter he should come off the bench. Been disappointing the whole series

  9. We all know this series is over because 1) Harrison Barnes is on the team to choke away the series 2) Huerter has disappeared. as much as he tries on defense hes easy to score on 3) Sabonis is being contained by the Warriors well and his hands are injured 4) Fox's fractured finger is clearly bothering him a lot since the 4th quarter last night

  10. Huerter disappeared and it’s sad. Barnes is pretty much washed. Sabonis turned into a big softy. And the rest of the team is relying on the star with a broken finger

  11. Huerter a non-factor starter again in game 5, and Mike has not done anything to improve the situation. If they stick with starting Huerter in game 6, kiss advancing to the next round goodbye 😩
