He was let down by a coach who couldn't figure out how to get him open shots. We need a finishing coach. Someone with a real offense that knows how to use his big men on offense in the low post. Someone who won't get outcoached by the Knicks. Someone who won't get rid of your best rebounder for nothing in return, then proceed to get outrebounded weeks later… We need a championship caliber coach…
The coaching is terrible . Our players aren’t the issue for the most part. Also we need a true small forward. And Mobley needs to put on about 30-40 pounds of muscle and he’ll be like Gianni’s.
Donnavin is not a prime time player. Great athlete and phenomenal player on a Monday game aired on Bally Sports……but this guy completely disappears on the Friday night game on TNT.
