I think it’s very likely that the Lakers make the Western Conference finals. As much as it pains me to say this, they match up very well with both the Warriors and Sacramento.
Now assuming we beat the suns, I think Jamal has the most favorable matchup offensively versus the Lakers when comparing our starting 5. D’Angelo Russell loves to run his mouth (great for Murray), and cannot play Defense.
Vanderbilt will lock down porter (hope I’m wrong here but he seems to struggle versus physical defenders). Jokić versus A.D. usually love for Jokic but healthy AD has looked good on defense in the playoffs. Not saying jokic won’t cook, but I think you could see him lean in Jamal.
