    I don’t know what to believe at this point… a couple days ago we had Shake saying he’d be available in Game 1, then Doc said he’d be doubtful for Game 1, and now Neubeck is saying the outcome of his appointment was not negative…

    honestly, this is so fucking absurd you almost have to laugh. year after year this shit happens. he seemed fine all series despite brooklyn explicitly targeting him and trying to get him banged up. and even on the play the injury occurred, it didn’t seem that obvious anything was wrong. he even finished out the game and made huge defensive plays. and now we just keep hearing the most vague fucking nothing burger updates that make the situation seem worse and worse.

    Knee injury? No way he is playing any game in this series.

    Remember Middleton last season? Was supposed to get back for every game, but never came back.

    Even if they do, it’s not like you can shake the injury and be normal immediately.

    They’ve actually been spending the last week installing robot legs and mechanical orbital bones on embiid so he never misses a game again
