They will let Trent walk because he’s gonna paid more than what they want to pay. They are going to try with FVV but I doubt his market value is skewed for or against him.

Nothing is a major move unless Pascal and/or OG get moved, you legit can’t get anything of relevance back by moving on from anyone else on the roster, I also don’t see how Masai said it was hard to watch this team play and than just run it back, either one of Siakam or OG gets moved is my guess unless offers for both are dog shit again

Thad will be waived (cant believe we moved our pick). Gary could be let walk, which Im ok with, he is relatively easy to replace.

Out of our core 6 guys, Trent Jr most likely. Freddy is re-signing for sure, unless they get a really good S&T deal that is cap friendly (not gonna happen). Same with Poeltl. Out of OG and Siakam, I would say OG is more likely to get traded, because it is much easier to incorporate OG on an already established team without losing too many assets, than to trade for Siakam and revamp the roster. Masai will be picky about a Siakam deal, that’s for sure

Fred and Siakam are both gone by next seasons trade deadline, guaranteed. I just hope that the league doesn’t low ball us because they know that we’re desperate to stay under the tax and are starting a rebuild.
Boucher, Thad and Otto will probably be moved aswell. I don’t expect us to keep Jak long term either considering we’re rebuilding and he’s turning 28 this year.

Siakam. I just can’t see a team where both of them can succeed at the same time. They fill the same role. I think that will bring in guard talent for us to move on from FVV/ Trent. Can’t move on from Jak we just traded a first round for him so he is staying.
After the moves I think we will recoup a first from a playoff team so next year won’t be so bad and have two young guards with a front court of OG/ Scottie/ Jakob.
