That shot adjustment has been working real well

  2. YoKemosabe

For all the RJ haters, learn something here. Have some patience for our young players.

No matter what your opinion was of him during the regular season

When the biggest moment came he stepped up big time.

    You cannot lose that

    Maple Mamba in full effect.

Looking very much like a top 3 pick.

In fact the top 2 are sitting at home or on vacation rn ๐Ÿ˜‚

he’s only had a single bad game this playoffs. (fair weather fans got on his ass for game 1 vs the cavs but the process was good and he had a great floor game – just missed shots)

he has been a star for us

Heโ€™s not hurt is he? I didnโ€™t see much of him at the end of the game and only caught the fourth quarter

  7. I really want to see a game where heโ€™s just scoring relentlessly for all 4 quarters. Kept us in it early with Randle but Thibs didnโ€™t play him a lot towards the end.

We needed someone to step up and he did. Youngest guy on the roster too. Don’t know what his future holds but I’m proud of him and happy he’s a Knick.

Hanlen needs to just shadow RJ for an entire season. Fuck it just hire the man as a private trainer for RJ.

I remember when the common consensus in here was that he was the worst player on the roster, worst contract in the league (even though the Gobert deal exists), and Quickley was 10x better than him lmao. Itโ€™s amazing how fast things can change.

Itโ€™s almost as if young players actually need time to develop and we should support them when they struggle instead of piling on and shitting on them.

next season will be his first ever not slow start. iโ€™m sure of it. but if he does this shit again next season where he struggles for most of the season but gets it going in the playoffs, i will not be mad.

Wish he could play like this every game. Next year please. We could use that locked up third option

  13. Dragonthorn1217

Hopefully he can keep this up. Real encouraging for him to play this way during the playoffs when defenses are more physical. If he just stayed this way and did not improve anymore I’d be content.

  14. Really happy he step up. As a Rj fan I was disappointed mainly for his defense but even that has come through during these playoffs. Proud of him

Thibs trusted rebounding and Grimes defense down the stretch, but RJ played a pivotal role this game. He’s stepped up this playoffs in a big way, and cannot talk down on what he’s done so far. Hope he keeps it up and takes one in Miami.

No disrespect to RJ senior but after this playoffs he shouldnt be called jr anymore

  17. Adavadava

StarJ Barrett baby stay sleepy during the reg season it only means he unloads when it matters most wooooooo

  18. Blossoming at the right time, you love to see it

  19. Past-Chest-6507

If Tatum wasn’t a bum in the playoffs, he’d be RJ Barrett

  20. Totally_PJ_Soles

I’m scared to see what happens when he’s off. Grimes and quick have been ass.

  21. Zealousideal_Tea_735

All the rj haters heโ€™s only 22!!!

  22. rent-a-john

If RJ can get Jimmy’s whistle, he’d be an all-star. I feel like he just needs to work on forcing the calls on drives.

  23. thirstyman12

Watching RJ thrive makes me so happy. Heโ€™s been something else during the playoffs. If we had some more dangerous three point shooters, RJโ€™s slashing could lead to a lotttt of open threes and assists for him. Heโ€™s already been assisting and weโ€™re not shooting that great. Excited to see more of this RJ โค๏ธ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
