Tech if a team challenges and the challenge is successful (call overturned) due to a player flopping. Also the team should retain their challenge if it results in a tech on the flopper.

This would be great, except this would just make everything worse. If the refs are already biased toward a specific team, this would just allow them to call more fouls against the other team by calling their flops too, while ignoring the flops of the already favored team.
just getting some consistency with the current foul rules would be a lot better.
