Not sure why this narrative exists that Bud is a bad coach, he has paid his dues in this league. Had some bad coaching moments and some good ones, but having 5 rings doesnt make you an unsuccessful coach.

Despite the playoff disappointments Bud elevated the Bucks from 6 seed territory to a perennial 1-2 seed and he could help here at least for a while.
Budenholzer will limit minutes, something NN never did. But highly doubtful to be new Raptors coach.

I’m not opposed to hiring Bud.
He will never bring the team a championship but like Casey, he’s good at turning bad teams respectable.
Bud is an excellent regular season and floor raiser coach but he definitely has flaws that get highlighted in the playoffs. I don’t hate the idea of hiring him but he’s far from my ideal candidate.
Lol at all the people who want Hammon but not Bud, he is one of the most successful coaches from the coach tree of Pop.
