Makes me feel optimistic about Game 3…and terrified of Game 4.

lmao i thought people were exaggerating about the bipolarity until i saw this

Man, I hope AD picks it up against Draymond’s physical defense. GSW is a really really really good team. If he appears as disinterested as today the series is gone.

AD gonna do the miraculous and prove this pattern doesn’t exist by posting another dud back to back. He sure as hell can’t do back to back dominant games. He was just soft as hell against the Greens. Lackadaisical play. You could see it the entire game. Superstars with bad games will still give you 20 pts or offset it with rebounds/assists. Not with Every Other Dayvis.

Whats the betting odds? I heard the lakers never lose if they are ahead in the betting odds. Is that true?

  6. This is why Bron tried gassing him up after game 1. Still didn’t work lol

I think it’s his health, and he cannot go all-out two games in a row and risk missing the whole playoffs. I cannot accept that he is just lazy or disinterested, not with Bron there and all the young guys frothing at the mouth to win.

That is my copium take anyway lol

AD to Anthony Disabled every other game, which is why he can never be a #1 option

The easiest answer here is fatigue. He goes ape and gives a 110% and then just doesn’t have the same energy or legs the following game. I mean, he played the *entire second half* game one and dominated on both ends of the floor. Game 2 he still anchored the defense in the paint but had no energy to match Green’s aggressive D on him.

To be fair he was great in game 6 vs Mem

Oh shit. I thought this was like a fake stonks meme. This is actually real 😂

Ive had an unofficial theory that this is so like clockwork with AD because there’s an internal agreement to not overdo it via “in game load management” and keep him healthy for the long run by giving him the green light every other game.

  13. He’s the league’s best defensive player, night in, night out. He can be a very productive offensive player, but he’s wildly inconsistent. If he can find both, with more consistent offense, there’s nothing stopping him from being the best in the league. These slumps keep him out of that truly elite group of all-time defensive stars.

On the bright side game 3 AD gonna be 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

  15. If this is what it takes for him to stay on the court and not get injured then I’m cool with it lol

  16. You can really tell whos actually watched Laker games this season. That graph is basically ADs entire season.

  17. It’s almost as if he’s the number one defensive player on either team in every game that he plays.

  18. MisterKaJe

So you’re saying the other team has coaches and gameplans too?

Not worried at all LMFAO. I’m surprised no one has brought up Drays low center of gravity like they did when everyone thought PJ tucker was going to be a problem for AD
