I already said it before but the Kyrie trade wasn’t a win now move.
This roster wasn’t winning shit when the season started. And it definitely wasn’t winning after that trade.
Kyrie is 31, Luka is 24, and Green/Hardy are both under 24. We need to be building this roster so that we can actually compete in a year or two, instead of trying to slap together bullshit roster after bullshit roster that’s just going to fall short every time.
People who genuinely believe this team is just 1 center away from being legit title contenders need to have a long hard look in the mirror because that ain’t it. And overpaying bums like McGee and Brooks isn’t the answer either.

Sad thing is it might come down to trading Luka to the jazz for a ton of picks and maybe one decent player. Hate to say it but Kyrie isn’t the answer and I don’t see us building with what we have. Kyrie was just a panic trade.
