You see everything Houston does when on defense? Yea, don't do that.
Booker especially was so bad in these highlights. He missed his assignments over and over and over in the first period. Twice you can see him haplessly trailing a play, totally out of position to do anything defensively, and instead of switch off to guard a perimeter guy he just kinda walks behind the offensive player as if he thinks he might, I dunno, luck into a backdoor steal or block or something? And then the Rockets player with the ball kicks out for an open 3. Why was it open? Because Booker was standing around doing nothing and not actually guarding anyone. That's why.
In the second half the Rockets are actually playing a little defense (coach chewed them out no doubt), and then you get to see Booker fight over screens like he's a sloth trying to climb down from a tree. Those aren't even especially hard screens. A couple times Booker is so out of position that both Harden and the screener beat Booker into the paint. That's either impressive or sad (or both) when a high screen manages to create TWO wide open drives to the hoop at once.
