Heat nation rise up! Rise and see if you can hear even a peep out of these soyboy knicks in 5 jokers that wouldnt know good basketball if it slammed a dunk on there face!
The Knicks are basically where the Warriors were before Kerr became their head coach. Mark Jackson helped the Warriors developed a solid defensive identity and Thibs has done the same for the Knicks. That said, itโs time for Thibs to go. Clearly heโs being out coached by Spoelstra.
I've played and watched basketball since I was 5 years old. I'm 57 now, and have seen pretty much all the great teams other than the 60s titans like the Celtics live and on television more than I can count.
I was a sportswriter for Yahoo Sports for years. I have seen defensive teams that were better than the Miami Heat. However, that was because they included Hall of Fame-level individual defenders playing inside a top-tier defensive scheme.
I have NEVER seen an NBA team with a better defensive scheme than the current Miami Heat.
And I have ABSOLUTELY NEVER seen a team of players the caliber of the Heat (and let's be honest, while Butler could end his career as someone most would agree was a Hall of Fame defender, and maybe even Bam, although that's not assured by any means, beyond that, NO ONE on that bench could EVER be seriously considered a player anyone would call a Hall of Fame defender) play such a scheme to absolute perfection the way this Heat team does.
These guys are WARRIORS! Battle-hardened, disciplined warriors with a general who has the WINNING plan of action for any and all moments, and a captain ready to lead those warriors into implementing that plan to a T.
Anyone who doubts Miami CAN win the title this year at this point, whether they do or not, is either utterly ignorant of the game of basketball, a fool, or both…๐๐
Don't ever compare Chris Bosh to Randle, just don't please. Even after Big 3 era Bosh is much more better than 'pRiM3' Randle as the other retarded people says.
The NY Knicks have to play with fluidity, confidence and discipline. Go back to the styles of playing basketball that got you throughout the NBA regular season and the first round of the NBA Playoffs season series. As well as Game # 2 of this second round NYK vs. MIA series.

The Heat remind me of the 2004-2005 Pistons.

This easily could of been a sweep. The refs were terrible in game 2 and Jimmy's 25-35 points weren't available.

Anyone who thought the Knicks would win this series is delusional
Is there any reason why they can't win the conference finals?!?
