1) that owner overstepped with malintent. crying shame this wont be sanctioned.

Jokic would have to give the ball to the ref before inbounding…why are we acting like the ref would let them inbound the ball while a suns player is on the ground?? In no officiated game would that happen. Every official on the planet would allow that player to get up and get back on D. It's a dead ball its not a made basket, rebound, or steal. Harping on that point is flat out disingenuous

When you're in the oppositions stadium and the ball travels into the stands where the fans have access to the ball the player should have left it to the officials to retrieve the ball to avoid any conflict.

People watching are not allowed to hold the ball, anyone else doing that would've been ejected. The owner should have been ejected just for holding the ball. After that, it was a bunch of nothing with a flop.

I don’t like the Nuggets that much either but the Suns as a whole are a lot more hate-able.
As an owner in a league that allows sports betting it should come with a large retaliation for getting involved in a game period. He defiled the integrity of the game and in the playoffs. It's absolutely unexceptable he knows better and should be held accountable far beyond any player or fan would. Massive fine and possible lose or being put further back in the draft order. Players have gotten more punishment for the clothes they wear.
If Dejuonte Murray gets suspended or brushing against a ref (much less severe) than The Joke should be suspended as well, stay consistent
We get it, Murray is just a solid player and not a MVP candidate but that means nothing, treat everyone the same

Take it reallllllly slow and watch from 5:30 to 5:31, follow Ishibia's right (our view is the left) hand SWAT the ball back into the stands. Jokic HAS POSSESSION OF THE BALL and Ishbia pops it back into the crowd – That was a purposeful move by Ishbia and he should be called out for it.
For those thinking I care about the winner? I'd prefer the Suns over Nuggets but I'm a Heat fan. Yeah, I want to see CP3 get his first ring but (if we advance), I'd sooner see Miami face off against an oft-injured pair of KD and CP3 than the ROCK that is the Denver Nuggets.

Basketball is played all over the world. Seats on the court are not allowed anywhere. The only ones who can seat besides the play court are the players, the technical stuff and the referee team. Fans seats are separated from the court with a fence.
A fan is not allowed to hold the ball! As soon as one gets the ball is supposed to give it back imidiatly.
If you show the scene from all angels, you will sea that Jokic is looking for the ball, he seas that the owner is holding it and goes to pick it up. As this one doesn't give him the ball back Jokic starts pulling. From this it is clear that the owner tries to influence the game until the Suns player gets up and is back on the court.
If the NBA suspend Jokic, the NBA is rigged.

Joker – no business running to a fan to wrestle the ball, he can't put it in play anyway, that's the officials job. Post "Malice in the Palace" NBA has been the definition of ZERO Tolerance for players contacting fans and a forearm shiver would qualify. Media talking heads are soft peddling this because they've twice and nearly thrice anointed Jokic MVP and along with that comes "good guy" does everything right clout. If Dillon Brooks had been involved in the exact scenario – ejection from the game and the post-game talking heads would be debating how long should the suspension be.
As a suns fan😂 I almost died laughing, jokic deserved a tech for aggressive acts towards a fan, but I will be upset if he gets suspended.

It was a blown dead ball. The replay doesn't show that, but that is why the ref was going there in the first place before any altercation. Jokic's claim it was a 4v5 is invalid as the ref would wait for Okogie to get back onto the court.
This series is way too good to be focusing on that. Let's move on. Booker, Joker, KD and Murray are giving us epic performances. Let's talk hoops and not gossip stuff

Rule 8 Section III—The Throw-In dude needs suspended
The throw-in starts when the ball is given to the player entitled to the throw-in. He shall release the ball within 5 seconds from the time he receives the ball and controls it. Until the passed ball has crossed the plane of the boundary, no player shall have any part of his person over the boundary line and teammates shall not occupy positions parallel or adjacent to the baseline if an opponent desires one of those positions. The defensive man shall have the right to be between his man and the basket.

The owner should be reprimanded for delay of game. Jokic did nothing wrong and the owner affected the game. Owner should have been ejected from the front row and fined.
