As a Dallas Mavericks fan, I have tremendous respect for this organization. I'm so jealous. I wish we had a star player who would do whatever it takes on both ends in diverse ways to win games and to make his teammates better. It is a joy to watch this team play basketball the right way. In some ways, it reminds me of the Tim Duncan Spurs
Coach Spo is making a strong case for getting guys who have 3 or 4 years of solid coaching from guys like Jay Wright.
Spo and heat will outcoach the sixers' and C's staffs.
As some already said, Spo is the best coach in the NBA and still a pretty young guy. He’ll be an NBA legend when all is said and done

I dont know why he didnt win COTY last year. No one predicted the Miami to go first in the stack East winning 56 games beating the likes of talented teams like Boston, Milwaukee, Nets, Sixers and Bulls. Before the start on that season Heat was predicted to be a 6th seed but they grind their way out and end at no.1 most of the season. Not only that there so many injuries that Spo was force to have different starting lineup most of the time. He should won last yeae not Monty Williams. Yeah they won 2 more games but thaf Suns is stacked coming from the finals a year ago they are expected to be favorites but lost in the 2nd round against the Dallas. He even lose to 6 with Durant today. Spo always robbed as COTY just like Jerry Sloan but Im glad he was listed as one of the top 15 coaches of all time in NBA record list. No team has surprises alot since bubble days than the Miami Heat who is composed of undrafted players. What a hell of a coach.
