Either trade Randle away or get the guy a really good shrink. Not sure if he’s psychologically broken and can’t take the pressure, or if he just doesn’t want to play at a high level.
Knicks don’t have a superstar in Randle. He’s a stars at best. His stardom was magnified by a bad Knicks team. I was pleasantly surprised at Brunson’s performance throughout the year, I didn’t see him as a superstar before the Knicks signing him.

SAS is too influential. He talks about trading Randle and Barrett for Lillard or Towns. They have a PG in Brunson. Lillard is too small to play another position, he doesn't play defense, and he has a low basketball IQ. And Towns ain't better or more durable than Randle. Why doesn't SAS talk about Thibodeau? Knicks coach is horrendous and the main reason they lost
The answer is not in trading Randle but improving him. Example: Michael Jordan. How long did it take him to get his first championship with Chicago? Seven years? What if they had decided to trade Mike in the second or third or fourth year? Big mistake.
So the answer is not trading but improving, and putting the right players with him to improve the overall TEAM.
