Please do not replace Bud with the guy he out-coached in the Finals.

Like it or not for this team and the way we are equipped Monty Williams is the best guy for the job. I believe the gel will be immediate compared to any other coach we bring in. Cassel is my only other option. Lue stays in LA or goes to Phoenix.
I’m a big Monty the person fan. I do not know much about his coaching style outside we out coached him. But we also outplayed the suns so it’s not all on the coaches.
When was the last time a coach won two championships for two different teams within a 5-10 year span?

Remember when Giannis pulled Monty into the Bucks lockerroom after we won it all to give a speech? i can assume from that clip a lone Giannis has a lot of respect and admiration for Monty. Would be kind of crazy to fire bud and then hire the guy he beat in the Finals just 2 years ago tho
If we hire a young first time head coach I would love Monty on the bench as a steady hand. But that’s the only way I’d like him in Milwaukee.

The one coach Bud out coached in his playoffs ever lol. Would be hilarious. I think Horst should of been fired as well. Bud should of been fired after the bubble. We didn’t win a championship because of Bud. We lucked out and got on despite Bud being our coach. Teams wins championships with bad coaches all the time. Packers got one with McCarthy. We won despite our terrible coach.
