Golden State Warriors celebrate local community leaders with Rewarding Days, presented by Rakuten

In celebration of Women’s Empowerment Month, we were excited to partner with Rakuten to host 11 women community leaders that were selected on behalf of Warriors players and coaches for Rewarding Days, presented by Rakuten.

During the event, the community leaders enjoyed a variety of special experiences with the players and coaches, including a $500 Warriors Shop shopping spree courtesy of Rakuten, building custom flower bouquets, customization of a women’s empowerment-themed jacket, a lifestyle photoshoot, and a surprise gift of shoes personally selected by the player and coach who was hosting them. The event concluded with a donation from the Warriors and Rakuten totaling $20,000 going to the local community organizations.
