Victor Wembanyama is going No. 1, but who’s No. 2 overall in the Charlotte Hornets’ eyes?

IMHO it doesn’t matter. I don’t see but one franchise changing player in this draft and he’s going to south Texas.

  2. lol there is a wrong choice his name is “Brandon Miller”. Also dude isn’t a good defender lol stop this. Scoot way better it isnt close.

Scoot is the pick. Anyone saying Miller hasn’t watched him enough. I don’t wanna hear it.

  4. I feel like this for two ways 1. If it’s any other team in this spot including Detroit they are mocking BPA which is Scoot I feel like this is a ” we want the fun player elsewhere” talking point 2. I think we can replicate BMill skills at a high level in the trade market and free agency 2 way Wing solid shooter at his celing (Tatum) we can’t but if he is a guy for most of his first contract we can .. Scoot skills are a bit more expensive on the market primary ball handler skills explosive to the basket can create his own shot if u have that at your #3 scoring option you take it all day

Don’t get cute, Mitch. Just draft Scoot

i wish we had the #1 pick so we don’t have to endure the constant discussions about the second pick. It’s gonna be exhausting so get ready folks. Everyone is going to nit pick and over think to the point where one of the Thompson twins are mocked at the second pick. the answer is Scoot and always has been

I think the brandon Miller murder stuff is a bigger deal than people mentioning here and elsewhere. No way in hell does our team touch Miller with already questionable players (Bridges) in orbit of the team. It’s Scoot or we trade it. I think Scoot has obvious star potential so we’ll take it

If it’s Miller over Scoot I may explode

  9. Subject_Gene_9775

I thought Scoot was explosive and played well in the big game against Wemby. BMiller didn’t do himself any good in March and I feel is more common

Just take the one who can shoot. I don’t even care after losing out on Wemby by one pick tbh

Mitch & Mike please don’t overthink this, Scoot it is

I’d take scoot but thinking that it’s not up for debate is dumb

This situation could easily be similar to fultz v tatum. Where fultz was considered clearly ahead of tatum yet the Celtics didn’t care about general consensus and stuck with their own analysis.

No team would ever win a chip if they just stuck to general consensus

I would take Miller if I saw more tape of him creating his own shot and had more size

Best player available! Don’t go for fit. That’s how luka fell and LaMelo fell. We don’t need to go for fit this year anyway, LaMelo needs his second star. Why not add a player that can take quite the load off LaMelo’s hands? Both players can play off-ball. Scoot can master the pull up middy and attack the rim, while LaMelo makes sure he’s available for the kick out 3. We don’t know what scoot and Steph curry talked about, we know they got the same trainer, we know he’d be the # 1 pick in any other draft. Not much debate should be had. When is going for fit with a top 3 pick smart?

There’s no telling how long LeMelo will even be here, Scoot at least provides insurance that we’ll have a star PG for several more years.
