man, dlo is a guy that can win you a game when hes hot but his inconsistency along with his awful defence means he needs to have a shorter leash.

Seriously i like Dlo as a player he was one of my favourites from the start, it is very entertaining watching him when he is on (rarely happens nowadays though especially in playoffs) but damn this boy is so slow and plays NO DEFENCE only way you can get a pass on these things is if your name is Luka doncic.

After tonight DLo needs to have reduced minutes and probably come off the bench. This just isn’t his series and he’s a net negative for us right now. The 3 guard lineup makes me cringe every time.
Schroeder and rui need to start. Schroeder doesn’t space the floor as well as DLO but if he’s not productive offensively and is a defensive liability then his minutes need to be reduced drastically
Bringing D’lo back in the 4th was a puzzling move. If he’s not working, you don’t put him in there so he can try to “prove a point” and help him feel good about himself.
Ham has to make in game adjustments. Not wait for the following game.

He’s just been a guy out there for us. A rotation player. Yeah he’s hit some shots here and there to win us games but so has every other player on this team.
If you didn’t know what any of these guys were getting paid and you watched him with us this season, there’s no way you’d say he must be a big contract guy. Dennis at least gives us some speed and hussle when he’s not scoring. Russel gives us nothing.
We gonna worry about DLos feelings or are gonna win some games. He’s a bad fit for this series. Sit him.

DLo is part of the problem killing the Lakers right now. It’s just funny that whenever Lakers plays against him he is so good of a shooter and scorer but went inconsistent being back. But, again, he is just one part of the problem. Main problem is shot selection, patience with the ball, and paint scoring. AD can post up or drive through Jokic and shoot over him 100% if he is willing too. LeBron has been fire from the inside but stone cold from the outside. LeBron and AD needs to work on their shot selection. AR and Rui was able to adjust and find places they want to score from. Bron and AD needs to do the same. If somehow, the team finds that fighting inside of them and be better in playing inside or driving but creating space for shooters, that would be it. Also, Ham should have figured from Game 1 alone that DLo is not the ideal starter they need in this series. He should come off the bench and do not care how he feels if its for the better. Next starting should be DS, Reaves, Rui, Bron, and AD. Bron needs to try inside and cut through the defense which causes doubles and creating shots for others. Those three pointers at the en d of Game 2 caused the game. I am a fan of LeBron and his craftiness but those shot selection are just unbelievable considering that the game was on the line. And as I learned here in the sub, pointing out players should be done.
