Julius must be moved for a TRUE (meaning 6'8" or above) Small Forward who can shoot, defend and put the ball on the floor. It would take MORE than just Julius to acquire such a player (e.g. Paul George, if he could stay healthy) so I'd be willing to toss RJ into the deal and go with:

Obi – Power Forward
Mitch – Center
Q. Grimes – Shooting Guard
J. Brunson – Point Guard
I don't know that Jerami Grant can D sufficiently, and I'm not sure who else is both OUT THERE and AVAILABLE, but I'll tell you this: I'd make that trade for Mikal Bridges in a heartbeat.
What if instead of changing randle for a floor spacer , what about brook lopez or porzingis or similar at center? And still have Mitch or IHart off the bench to mix and match better. Before i move any of the core 3 i bring in an offensive center.

It's his basketball IQ that is very low
The #1 reason i move JR is because he's a real injury away from being non-tradeable. He'd have to be moved for young assets with him being the best player in the deal. He trends in the wrong direction in the playoffs as the 1-2 option, although he's not rhe main reason they're not in the ECF. just my opinion

IF THEY TRADE JULIUS RANDLE THEY GOT TO REPLACE HIS 25 POINTS AND 10 REBOUNDS A GAME WHICH IS VERY VERY VERY HARD TO DO
Randle is a head case.. When things don't go his way he just give up on both offense and defense. Bad body language. Yea only trade him for the right player.
