Bam was putting up jokic like numbers yesterday.

Bam Adebayo so far in these playoffs has held Giannis to some horrendous fourth quarters to close that series, completely shut down the Knicks offense by taking away any second chance points and locking up Randle and he now has All NBA guard Jaylen Brown in hell as his primary defender while making Al Horford look old. He's doing all this while being the second best playmaking big in the post season and scoring an efficient 20 ppg.
The conversation around that man was as an Evan Mobley, JJJ Sabonis or Nic Claxton tier center when he's clearly fourth behind Joker, Embiid and healthy AD. A clear top 25 player in the league.

I’m just so frustrated as a Celtics fan because heat will get smacked by the nuggets if they make it to finals. I have so much respect for Jimmy but they have 0 chance against the nuggets. Lakers they have a chance but not nuggets
I’m sorry but idc how much talent you have, bad late game execution and terrible decision making equal losing basketball in the playoffs. It isn’t rocket science. The Celtics look frazzled late in the game unless Tatum is making hero shots. NBA championships are not won with hero shots exclusively down the stretch. This team has no chance, imo.

Jimmy has consistently proved my confidence in him after that first round. I haven't picked against him since then and I dont plan on it. No matter who comes out of the West.

Great "heated moment" in the game, like seeing the basketball community not cry about competitive trash talk during a conference final. Great take here to not over hype the moment, but as a fan the heat are the most fun to watch play

Brown has been saying weird stuff for basically the whole season. Bad vibes all around. He was even asked if what Grant did with the confrontation vs Jimmy was right or wrong & he told the reporter to ask a different question. Which obviously means he thinks Grant's approach was wrong when it was the rest of the team's lack of intensity that caused the loss. Butler was gonna go off either way. At least Grant was fired up.

Bam needs to be aggressive all game. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch him be passive. It’s like in the 4th quarter he realized he was the biggest guy on the floor.
Bam is really showing his DPOY ceiling this postseason run. AD is struggling in his series and Bam shows time and time again that versatility is the most important thing to have
Its not Grant Williams fault or Tatums fault we lost. Brown played horrible and kept taking bad shots and atupid decisions and the fact the celtics have no gameplan, no adjustments. Why is Jayson Tatum not on jimmy butler? Why is he not doubled
As a Lakers fan, if we can’t make it to the finals I really hope Jimmy and the Heat win it all. I really like their effort and gritty play.

I think the trashtalk is dumb though. Why give a player thats on a tear anymore motivation to lock in even more to kick your ass. Just doesn't seem smart on any level especially when Williams isn't even close to the level of Butler.
This has been my favorite postseason ever, and the Heat have been a huge part of that. I'm definitely rooting for them, and I hope they can pull off the impossible and beat the West as well. Not likely, and I pick the Heat to lose in the finals, but I also picked them to lose in every other series and in the play in so uhhh. Yeah.

I understand the intent but I dont like the Lebron references for Jimmy it sounds like equating his game to a off brand or lesser Lebron James. They share very similar tools however they use them differently Jimmy's more patient and plays slower than Heat Lebron and I'd even say playoff wise they're on roughly equal footing

The difference in this series is Mazzulla vs Spo. Mazzulla thinks the game is pure maths, lots of three pointers can win you games. What he doesn't know is that you need to create good quality shots and move the ball. Not to mention defensive schemes. This team is underperforming.
