The 76er's have been a complete mess. The only good things they have done is draft Joel Embiid and draft Tyrese Maxey. Every other move has been a blunder. Jayston Tatum, Mikal Bridges, Tyrese Haliburton (the trade for Ben Simmons) and Jimmy Butler are 4 of the players that could have been on this team. Morey has not made one good move. All he has done is bring back a Rockets team that has NO good players left. You suck Morey and so does your bearded friend!

Coaches get too much credit and too much blame. He knew he was fired when he held that postgame presser. It's not "fair" and I don't like it, but that's business. I loved Coach Karl. Saw him in the stands last night. Changing coaches didn't change the team overnight but in hindsight, it had to happen.
(Yes I'm aware Doc has accomplished way more than George Karl did)
And yes, Harden quit on his team. He does that. That's why he doesn't deserve a max contract.
Doc rivers CANNOT go out there and PLAY…harden and Embid QUIT as usual so how can you not defend him? You sound dumb…
As a Sixers fan, Doc needed to go. He has his own history just like Embiid does and Harden does. All have a history of inconsistency.
If Daryl Morey is a real GM he will hire a coach and build a roster of DEFENSE. Knicks were in the playoffs this year due to Thibs. Heat are competing for a championship rn instead of us because of defense.

1- Harden get not get Rivers fired as his failures speak for themselves as did the fact that he has never had a team overachieve. All the Talking Heads whining about Rivers being fired just speak to the accomplisheds shmoozer he is in persuading people to ignore his actual record. 2- I doubt that any objective person would think that MD is a good fit for this team ( even skipping his playoff record) as the players do not fit the model he likes to use (3) i do not think they will hire him but if they do then perhaps SAS and the others who say they want to see younger visible minority coaches get a chance should have not spent the past few years fawning and praising Morely .

D'Antoni has been to the Conference Finals. Harden did his best with D'Antoni as his HC. I don't get the slander Mike D'Anton gets. When he has the right pieces he's proven to have true championship contenders. Granted he's never gotten there but I think he's a great coach and his true offense involves way more movement than iso ball. However with Embiid I don't think its the right fit and they should go with Nurse or give Sam Cassell a chance

Doc's firing wasnt justified at all. I'd kill for a player like that, and a coach like that. Its on players to execute & to see the disguises, schemes, and mismatches and to EXECUTE! Players execute, coaches do not! Coaches guide, and come out with a plan. The players are the ones playing. Harden should be gone, not Doc.
