Cause I’m about to breakdown the nba criminal coverup that kept Isaiah Thomas from being on the dream team. 1)first and foremost- chuck daly achieved the highest heights in his career cause of Isaiah. Because of Isaiah’s talent and performances consistently. But also just as importantly , because of Isaiah’s ability to make the others better by sacrificing some of his offensive skillset and allowing the others to specialize in whatever they did best at. So chuck Daly could have only achieved that success in that city with only like three players ( Isaiah-magic -olijuwan ). Bird of course had the willingness and ability but not sure about the city embracing him fully. 2). So considering what Isaiah did for chuck Daly and his coaching hall of fame career- there’s no way that chuck Daly would have been disloyal to Isaiah Thomas. Plus I’ve never even heard rumors of chuck being disloyal. In fact I’ve always seen his former players praise chuck A lot . So there’s no way chuck would have coached that team without Isaiah willingly. He would have stepped aside and resigned if Isaiah was allowed to play but just wasn’t being chosen for political or personal reasons. 3) mafia & the gambling!!!! That’s what kept Isaiah off the team and out the league for a while too. Cause he was implicated in a scandal where he was hosting high roller gambling games at his own mansion. And included at them parties /games were =mafia associates and underworld street kingpin type associates ,and other gangsters ,and politicians ,and athletes ,and women. So Isaiah beat the criminal case but the nba put its foot on Isaiah’s neck when he particularly decided to rub shoulders with organized crime. Especially in Detroit where their mafia family was extremely solid and tight as mafia crews come , so the nba knew it couldn’t do nothing with that crowd so they banned Isaiah for a while. 4). So that’s why magic has been blamed for keeping Isaiah off the team and Jordan and pippen got the blame. And nobody could expose the truth about the mafia and gambling conspiracy in the nba or they’d been put on the shelf too. So when Jordan says he didn’t keep Isaiah off the team , he’s telling the truth.

In my opinion..I really believe that Magic Johnson was responsible. I think that Magic was justifiably angry at Isiah Thomas because he (Thomas) publically humiliated him (Magic) when he (Magic) had to leave the Lakers because he caught the AIDS virus. The fact that most of the players didn't want to play with him (Thomas) on the team says a lot about Isiah's character. They respected his game but they didn't respect him because he was a dirty player. The fact that Jordan didn't want to play with him on the team was actually icing on the cake for Magic Johnson. Pippin and Malone didn't want to play with him either. Isiah is just trying to change people's opinion of him as a player when the statistics that year clearly favored John Stockton. Stockton that year was the better player between the two. Isiah was injured that year and he wasn't playing his best basketball. He had a piss poor $hitty character which he continues to have to this day which Jordan, Pippin, Malone and many other NBA stars didn't want endure on the team. Jordan recently told the truth about Isiah's character in the "Last Dance" series during an interview. Isiah was butt hurt regarding Jordan's scathing critique of Isiah's character on the court. Jordan just told the truth about Isiah and Isiah is having a problem dealing with it on his old age
